Use of this website
This website does not use cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tracking code, and loads no fonts or other content from third parties. There is one exception: on the quote request and job application forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is not being submitted by an automated program (a bot); for this, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as the IP address and browser characteristics). The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process, for a short period, the log data technically required to serve the site.
If you request a quote or e-mail us
The data you enter in the quote request form (name, company, contact details, the content of your request and the page you sent it from) is stored in the Kraft Group's Microsoft 365 system (SharePoint); enquiries sent by e-mail (for example to info@kraft-tech.hu) are handled the same way. We use the data to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote (legal basis: legitimate interest and steps prior to entering into a contract), and we keep it for no more than 3 years.
If you apply for a job
The data you enter in the application form (name, e-mail address, phone number, the position selected) and the CV you upload are stored in the Kraft Group's Microsoft 365 system (SharePoint); applications sent by e-mail (to hr@kraft-tech.hu) are handled the same way. We process this data on the basis of your consent, for recruitment purposes, and keep it for no more than 6 months. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hr@kraft-tech.hu.

Your rights
You may request information, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing, by writing to info@kraft-tech.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu).
